Insurance policy territories are normally worldwide with exclusions for certain sanctioned countries / territories. Please always refer to the insurance policy directly for insurance information. Excluded territories will result in no coverage offered per the system.
The insurance coverage offers insurance on a wide range of insurable goods. There are certain restrictions on certain commodities, values, conveyances, territories, and trade lanes. The software will not offer coverage in these excluded areas.
When you are booking a shipment online, just tick the check box: “Insure shipment”. When you are booking a shipment on the phone, please ask your booking agent to do it.
